Born and raised in Westchester County, New York, Melissa has been performing in local and regional theaters throughout the tri-state area since the age of 9. After spending her last 2 years of high school training at Walnut Hill School for the Arts, Melissa attended Oklahoma City University where she received a Bachelor of Music in Musical Theatre.
Melissa’s performing has brought her to theaters spanning from Long Island to the Midwest. She feels grateful to do what she loves while continually learning and connecting with other artists through the creative experiences that she has had. Currently, she is playing the role of Lorraine in 42nd Street at the Palace Theatre in New Hampshire.
When she isn’t performing you can find her taking a walk in Carl Schurz park on the Upper East Side where she resides, drinking an iced black coffee, and teaching children tap at Shuffles NYC!
